What if the world's best off-road truck got a hydrogen upgrade? That plus the secret of how hydrogen pairs perfectly with nuclear energy and more coming up.

Hi, I'm Steve Hill, CEO of NewHydrogen, with this week's top hydrogen news. If you're a fan of off-roading or the iconic Toyota Tacoma, this one's for you. Toyota just revealed a hydrogen-powered Tacoma H2 overlander concept. At SEMA and it looks amazing. This rugged Tacoma is built for adventure and running on hydrogen fuel cells so you can overland while respecting the environment. Coming right after the Extreme H racing debut, this concept builds on Hydrogen's growing presence in performance motoring with power range capability and efficiency. I can't wait to see this one in the wild.

Next up, Zero Aavia just secured new EU funding to expand hydrogen electric flight testing in Norway. We've been following this progress closely and they keep proving that hydrogen flight is a practical path to cleaner skies. Every new partnership and test flight brings aviation one step closer to zero emissions.

Next, scientists have found a way to use radiation from nuclear waste to make hydrogen production up to 10 times faster. It's a fascinating idea and we need faster production. But most importantly, we need it cheaper. At NewHydrogen, we're exploring our own synergies with nuclear power. Nuclear plants produce an enormous amount of heat and that heat can drive our thermaloup process to make the world's cheapest clean hydrogen.

It's a perfect fit that just makes sense. Meanwhile, in Europe, Germany and the Czech Republic have announced plans to expand their shared hydrogen infrastructure. This means new pipelines, more storage, and better crossber distribution. It may not be as flashy as a Tacoma overlander or hydrogen plane, but it's the kind of move that makes the hydrogen economy work in the real world.

Innovation needs infrastructure and this is how nations help to make hydrogen practical at scale. Finally, a bit of perspective. Hydrogen Insight quoted a senior German official recently who said, "The hydrogen sector must avoid a hydrogen depression. After all the early hype, the industry is now at a stage where the fundamentals matter most. Not every project will make it. Only the most promising technologies will survive. Here at NewHydrogen, we're developing what we believe will be a total gamecher for cheap, clean hydrogen production.

Working with a world-class research team, we're developing Thermal Loop, a breakthrough that uses water and heat instead of expensive electricity to produce the world's cheapest clean hydrogen. We recently announced the second patent for our work, marking another major milestone in protecting and advancing this technology.
