Hydrogen is powering more than anyone has ever expected. From data centers to airports and even to the battlefield. Hi, I'm Steve Hill with this week's top hydrogen news.

First up, Singapore is building its first hydrogen-powered data center. The 20 megigawatt facility in Jurong East will pilot solid oxide fuel cell technology starting in 2026. The builder called Day One plans to power AI with highdensity computing directly with hydrogen. This marks an important expansion of hydrogen beyond transportation into core digital infrastructure, especially as data centers struggle to meet energy demands with clean power.

Next, hydrogen is taking off in general aviation. Australia Stralles Aircraft has partnered with 88 enterprises in California to convert two Beachcraft Bonanza A36 planes into hydrogen electric aircraft. These planes will use high temperature PEM fuel cells which are six times lighter than traditional systems. Ground testing is already complete and first flight is expected later this year. As regional aviation looks for clean alternatives, hydrogen continues to prove itself as a viable and scalable solution. While these projects are making headlines, new hydrogen has also been making progress.

Our ThermoLoop system just achieved a major milestone, producing clean hydrogen in the lab using only heat and water. It's not just theory anymore. We just proved that our groundbreaking system really works. You can watch it happen yourself at newhydrogen.com. Final story of the day. Hydrogen is moving to the battlefield. Hyundai ROM and South Korea's Agency for Defense Development have unveiled a new hydrogen-powered tank known as the K3.

This tank uses a hybrid system with hydrogen fuel cells and diesel. Over time, it will transition to full hydrogen operation. The benefits include quieter operation, longer endurance, and reduced thermal visibility. All valuable advantages in combat scenarios. Once again, hydrogen is favored in situations where power, endurance, and reliability are non-negotiable. That's it for this week's news. If you'd like to see Thermal Loops hydrogen production in action, head to newhydrogen.com and watch our special report and short explainer videos. Thanks for watching and we'll see you again next week.
